“Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“I've just inspected a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit today 11/7/2018. Veterans service will inspect Friday. I found it very clean with nice working appliances etc. I'm signing paperwork Friday. Yeah, I'm aware couple of deadbeats live here or have and complain, but most are 40+, quiet and aren't trying to put a 4 room house and family/friends into a small unit. You can see who they are in reviews etc.”

“We recently completed a 2 week stay at the Veranda. We have been coming to the Veranda since 2008 and have enjoyed every visit. The condo units are great and in good repair. The pool is well-maintained and the staff is both friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoy access to the bicycles and big kid beach toys. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“I lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance is very fast and efficient; we never waited more than 24 hours for any request. Office staff is friendly and responsive. The grounds are well-maintained and the pond with ducks and other wildlife is pleasant to watch from one of the provided benches or your patio. Residents are friendly and respectful of each other. There is a good mix of students, young working families and older people. Parking was never a problem and I never had concerns for my safety or the safety of my vehicle. The buildings are somewhat older and so show some cosmetic wear and suffer inevitable effects of being older. The walls are somewhat thin, so we always heard our upstairs neighbors and often heard our next door neighbors when they were in their kitchen. If you are a light sleeper, you will need a white noise machine. Overall, one of my best rental experiences in my 15 years in Florida.”
