“We have lived here for 3 years and we have never seen this place decorated for Christmas or this clean. The new staff has been really nice and helpful. They actually do thing for the community like breakfast on the go. I Love the colors in the office. This new management is a big difference in a great way! Even the maintenance team is attentive as they saw some trash being blown by the wind and they were actually chasing it instead of just letting it fly out to the main road like our old maintenance did. The grounds are now always clean! Great job!”

“Not a bad place to live. I have friends living in comparable units as far as price, location and amenities. The District amenities aren't as maintained as you would like. These aren't luxury apartments, but I felt safe there and maintenance was responsive. It's probably a solid 3.5 unit. It could go down a little in price, but the market right now is expensive for renting. Dog poop is everywhere - that was probably my biggest frustration. I had a dog and never left poop, but my dog would walk in other dogs' poop. Drove me nuts! Overall, it's kept up well, but there were recurring issues. Some of the issues may be attributed to the residents rather than the staff. I feel my friends get more value from what they pay for their units, but still not a bad location or community.”
