As long as rent is paid on time, property kept up (renting 20 acres) etc they won't mess with you! Some of the complaints I've read seem very minimal and petty. “This is the second year we booked our October FL Palm Coast beach vacation through V-trips. The booking and property management teams were very professional and responsive to our needs. This year, our trip was scheduled ahead, but our arrival date fell 2 days after hurricane Ian. The team communicated with us regarding the condition of the property. We were able to travel as scheduled because of V-trip's quick assessment of the property. They scheduled the pool cleaning for the next day. V-trips staff checked on any needs the next day. The beach home was very clean and the experience both years have been excellent. We'll continue to book through V-trips. The "backyard" view was super with the Atlantic Coast sunrises.”
