Being a homeowner himself and with many years in this business, Todd was able to provide us with tremendous info about the Florida market and features we might want to consider that we might not have because we had never lived in FL. It took 25 months for our home to be built. Todd was with us for all of them. He checked on the progress, called the salesperson to get info for us and on at least 1 occasion went to our home and sent us pictures. By the time we closed Todd and Barb were more like family rather than a business associate.
