“It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments, Building #7. Every staff member has always been very cordial, friendly and professional with me and my boys. The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment never had bugs due to them keeping a constant schedule of pest control. The rent is very reasonable, it's gated and there are stores like Walmart, Publix and BJs close by. I always felt safe coming home at any hour of the night because they have camaras and a security guard that walks around checking all areas. “FABULOUS! The whole family loved this holiday. Somerset Place is a vacation rental home - apartment complex you can rent out for up to 28 people and we had that many for 2 nights. The rental property right on Clearwater Beach was comfortable for all of us. And the best part is that you can walk to everything. The beach is GORGEOUS in front of the property, well like 100 meters from the door and it is so much less crowded than the normal part of the beach. The rental home has a patio area with a rather small pool between the 2 buildings. While it is small for the total complex, the pool is clean and big enough to make the kids happy and keep the adults cool. We rented during June this year and I am finally getting around to writing the review. We love this company. BeachHouseFL and Alan were so nice and helpful. Sorry we called you guys out to help us so many times. You were good sports and so patient. We will be back again and again.”
