“The gentlemen at Palm Construction and Roofing just finished an extensive remodel on our home, new sub-floors and flooring, new bathrooms, put in a hall closet, etc and they did an amazing job! “Back in 2019, we had bought a new roof from Can-Am Roofing. They set me up with a warranty. Recently, I had a racoon attack the ridgeline of my roof. I had called Can-Am to see if it is covered under the warranty. When they checked, the damage was not covered. However, they did offer to help. They noticed that it was just the shingles that needed replacing. I have a popular style and color too. They found some leftover shingles from a past job and brought them to fix the damage for FREE! Devin the owner was fantastic, he provided me with a quote for the work I needed done within maybe an hour or two of me calling (that included him going to my house and taking pictures etc) his quote was very thorough and outlined everything he and his team would do. I think the quote was very reasonable for the work they performed. I had the entire exterior of my house painted and some work done inside too and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had an issue with my HOA approving the work I needed to have done and Devin sent the HOA a great email explaining everything he would be doing and why it was necessary to have it done sooner rather than later. “The crew of All Seasons Roofing and Repair did an amazing job. The quality of their work was excellent, but that’s just the beginning. They were very sensitive to the weather, being sure not to expose our roof to the possibility of rain. A wonderful team of men, all very courteous and professional, went beyond just replacing our roof. They completely rebuilt my chimney, installed new skylights, cut in new ridge vents on several gables, and replaced rotted fascia and bad roof decking. On top of that, they were very neat and cleaned up constantly. One of my neighbors commented that she had never seen a roofing company as neat and professional as they were. By the time they were done, you felt like they were family and sad to see them go. After they removed the trash dumpster from our driveway, the driver came back and swept away any debris that was left behind. Amazing!
