“Competitive pricing, great crew that was fast and efficient. The sales rep Dave even went out of his way to make sure I got a couple of extra bundles of shingles, in case I ever need them for repairs, etc. The only negative is that the shingles on the ridgeline of the house aren't even. There's a raised area at the end of the row of shingles there. ________--- I see it every time I look at the house. It wasn't that way before. They checked and said it was because of how the shingles were laid in that area....ok but it's still not attractive and I wish there was someway to make the shingles all the same height or somehow make it less uneven across the top. But as I said, this is the only negative. All else is good and I'm glad I found them.”

He went above and beyond during that first visit. He climbed into my attic to look around and answer some questions I had. Julie in the office was so polite and professional every time we contacted her. She always responded very quickly. We decided to use Buchanan Services due to their professional manner and reasonable price. We had a date to start the roof however, the weather didn’t work in our favor. It rained for a few days straight. As soon as the rain stopped, I received a call that they were starting. The foreman was very professional when the crew arrived which made me feel very comfortable. The crew worked very quickly and the new roof looks great. Overall, the work was excellent, they cleaned up everything as promised, and everyone was very professional. We would highly recommend Buchanan Services to anyone!!!”
