“I needed the flat part of my roof repaired for some water stains that are showing inside the Florida Room. I also need the fascia board replaced in the front of the house. Emiliano answered the phone when I called and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was punctual and checked both areas that needed work. He said there was no wood damage on the roof and that he would send me a quote later that night for waterproofing it and replacing the fascia board, which he did and we agreed on a price. He scheduled the job to be done a couple of days later and met his two man crew here and instructed them before leaving. They completed everything in 90 minutes! One waterproofing the entire flat roof and one replacing the fascia board.”
