“Robert was recommended by multiple people in the area. He came out and did my roof at a reasonable price. His men did a great job and were in and out in 1 day. 2 years later I had problems with moisture on my ceiling and roof. My insurance claimed I had a leak which was not the case. Robert came out, took the roof up, showed me there was no leak, and that the moisture was coming from a build up of moisture from the sun and the AC running. This was his original diagnoses prior to calling my insurance. He is coming tomorrow to patch the rook back and put a vent in so the heat build up will not happen. Even with Gulf Stream Insurance giving me the constant run around through multiple claims I have had on different home owner issues, Robert Batson himself has kept to his word every step of the way. Just know when you hire Mr. Batson he will be there every step of the way. Thank you for all your help! Eric Dillon”
