“A bit on the spare of the moment, late one Saturday afternoon, I decided that I must have a storage unit RIGHT THEN that I could start moving some of the clutter from my room into so that I could work on cleaning up and getting organized. Most places were closed or closing or didn't have the small unit available and I was nearly out of time (considering places had started closing). I found Mid South Self Storage online and was able to sign up, select a unit, pay for it, get assigned a unit then called the customer service line and got my passcode...all late on a Saturday afternoon. Excellent service. Then, I was rather impressed by the unit themselves. Secure, easy access as a tenant, CLEAN. One afternoon, I was dropping some stuff off and one of the workers was walking through checking the property. She spoke and was friendly, courteous and professional asking me if I was finding everything okay and to let her know if I had any questions or needed anything. So far, I am quite pleased with my experience here. I was planning only to have my things in storage for 3-4 months (at the most) but the rate I got is so reasonable, I may take 5-6 months to get it all sorted. Thank you!”

From their personable strong movers who never need to be motivated, to the care they give the whole process as a team. They impressed me. Even their moving techniques are better than the test. This time I moved several states away during Covid and they did the job well and arrived two days later with even my most delicate things in tact. These are not details you can not define in any contracts. It’s a the level of service I’ve seen them provide consistently. “FINALLY, an indoor facility in Jacksonville for our RV's (and boats). That glorious SUN in Florida was destroying my rig. And on top of that... the way this company has setup the facility is amazing. You go online, to a calendar and choose the date and time you want your rig to be ready and you get an email confirmation. Then, Kevin (who is awesome) pulls the rig out and you're ready to go. Punch in your gate code and retrieve your keys from a clever lockbox system they have AND you can even leave your car in the indoor building in place of your motorhome while you're gone. You return your rig the same way and Kevin is right on top of it... he'll turn your battery switch off and even open your refrigerator doors if you ask. TRY THEM... it's well worth the reasonable cost!”

We called Penske and Cheryl encouraged us to go check out the cabs. She gave us our quote in case everything was a go and Penske was indeed the best price. We went to the location at Wards towing and Michael and Ward were beyond kind and professional. We hit the right spot on the second truck and Ward made sure to help me in and out like a true gentleman. (We know to bring a step stool with us...lol) Michael made sure to encourage us to take our time up and that Penske would rather folks get to their destination in one piece. If you are looking to rent a truck and want friendly, warm, professional service I can't recommend Penske through Wards towing enough.”
