The Taylors are awesome. The facility and the trucks were spotless. The truck I got was a GMC that was practically brand new. It looked, smelled and drove like new. No issues whatsoever. It had great seats and was super comfortable. Even the back was spotless. Down the road I had a question about my reservation and was able to reach customer service quickly and easily. Penske really does a great job at taking care of their customers. I can't say enough good things. The total experience was amazing. And this truck was larger and less expensive than the competition... Thanks to the Taylors, I will always use Penske moving forward.”

Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling Karen and Vin, they both assisted in getting us checked in. Vin went out of his way to help us with our U-Haul trailer drop off. He also met us at the unit we rented and showed us how everything worked. The facility is clean , well maintained.
