Maybe I got lucky but I had a wonderful experience from sales to delivery. Everyone did exactly as they promised. The sales team was professional and didn't over sell me on anything. My total was exactly as quoted. The move coordinator was also professional and responsive. She delivered on dates as promised. My driver was awesome! I wanted to hug him at the end. Again did as he promised. The movers at pick up and at deliver made it a point to introduce themselves with hand shacks. Most importantly not one item was broken! I couldn't be happier! “OTR Driver here. I delivered here. Unload time average about 1 to 2 hrs, docking descent, friendly employees/guard. Check in/out with guard inside building, tandems slid to rear, chock wheels, and they give you red airline glad hand lock off. My driver notes said ovnp okay, but only space I seen to ovnp is at one of their docks they may not be using, otherwise staging okay.”
