“This is a review of THIS location and the staff HERE. This is NOT for Verizon as a company .. that's a different story ... December 2021, Mike (then manage) helped my son and I with upgrading our paid off Pixel 3 & Pixel 3XL for the new Pixel 6 Pro (two of them). The then promotion was $350 off each phone towards the new phones. Great. We spent honestly about 2-3 hours combined getting it all set up and done. Mike was forthcoming and easy to work with (kudos to him). We placed the phones on order and sometime in January they arrived. Mike did say it would take 3-4 months for our credit to reflect on the bill. Well, we never got $350/phone credit .. only $99.48 credit .. so, my bill was some $30/$40+ per month than it should've been. Not cool. Today - 9.10.22 - I went in to discuss this and possible options for replacement phones (since both Pixel Pros have performed LESS than great.). Dawson is the new manager. Super cool person and very polite and helpful. Also quite patient. He made arrangements with Verizon (however they communicate with each other) to correct the credit issue and refund what credit I've been missing from jump. That is what Id call a great solution. I'm certain he's done his part .. now it's up to Verizon to honor that. But, as far as my personal experience with Dawson at this location, I'm looking forward to coming back here for my next upgrade and working with Dawson! Thank you Dawson. “We moved to Florida in May 2020 and the home that we purchased was a "fixer upper!" This company is busy and you may have to wait a little while to have you project done. I first met with Neil last August as we needed both bathrooms completely redone. Neil came in and looked at the work that was needed. Instead of trying to upsell us on everything, he explained what would work for our needs and would save us money at the same time. He started in mid October and finished in about 4 weeks. Not his fault as I kept adding to the work needed. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we are proud to show them off. As of March 1, 2021, his team is installing new flooring in our entire home and will be doing a complete kitchen remodel. Again he helped us to get quality product that was not "over the top" in pricing. Looking forward to the finished home and in showing it off. Wendy and I thank you and your team. “QUALITY, LONG-LASTING WORK: Friend has a house that had one of their larger shower enclosures done by this company in the early nineties. It still looks new. We went w/them for this very reason. This is a simple shower door with beautiful hardware, beveled, heavy glass that they installed today. Office was clear on measurement appointment. Measuring fellow arrived at scheduled time. Office staff provided us w/two quotes for different glass, very clear on what would be done. Product turn-around/install was less than a month. Install done by two polite, very professional men who are very proud of their work. My guess is that all of their work is from repeat customers, or word-of-mouth recommendations.”

“Came down to Miami for a rare and much needed winter vacation last Thursday (1/12/2023) Brought what I normally consider an adequate amount of supplies w/me but began having trouble with them almost from the moment our plane landed. If you've been through similar you'll know just how panicked and helpless I felt.
