Martha had laminated maps and guide to restaurants and fuel locations all around the island. The boat was flawless and easy access at the marina. Very friendly people. “Anyone with anything to do with wood flooring call Darren at Northern Mills. We have 18 year old wood flooring that has lived an extremely hard life. I mean kids, dogs,heavy traffic etc.. We wanted to see if we could bring back this floor since I had installed this in the entire house when we originally bought the house. I had a couple of flooring companies tell me the floor was too far gone and would have to re placed at a very hefty price tag. We were pretty much set on going with the new wood look tile. We then spoke with a friend of ours who highly recommended Northern Mills. After a phone conversation an appointment was made and Darren responded to our house. He never once suggested we had to replace the floor as a matter fact just the opposite. He said why would you replace a real wood floor with a floor pretending to be wood. I was concerned by the comments of the previous floor companies and Darren was honest and told me they can refinish the floor to almost perfection but there "May" be some slight imperfections when they are done. I really did not want to lose our wood floor and decided to have it re finished with Northern Mills and Darren. This was the best decision we ever made. I have to say our floor looks better today than when I installed it 18 years ago. We are thrilled with their entire process. They are honest, reliable, hard working and most of all meticulous and clean. They refinished our entire house in less than 10 days. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality of work and will be using them on future jobs. If you have wooden floor needs give Darren a call. He will be honest and let you know the truth. Great company!!”

He has guided me through all of them. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share with anyone willing to listen. Great guy. I tried to reach our regular exterminating company but after several follow up calls, I gave up and asked around for a recommendation for a local company and that is how we reached Pasco Termite and Pest Control of New Port Richey. Not only did I reach a live person (something very rare these days) who sensed my grave concern, and a technician, Ron Murphy) was dispatched within a couple of hours. Ron immediately pinpointed the source of the infestation and proceeded to treat the problem. Fortunately, it was not widespread and just involved removing the face panel of a drawer. The treatment was conducted with a high degree of precision that left only microscopic damage that was easy to fix - - and there was no odor. I highly recommend the services of this company and have, of course, moved over to them myself.”

Carol (The Healthful Baker) was super welcoming and helpful with our request. The cupcakes were so tasty (strawberry and chocolate). They were ready at our agreed to pick up date/time and everything was awesome. Bonus was we all ate them over the next couple of days as breakfast muffins and mid day snacks.
