“If you’re looking for a very clean, modern, nicely furnished and very comfortable condo, 1 and 2 bedroom units available...look no further! We have stayed in both unit options and they are equally as nice. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and accessories to make your stay feel like a true vacation. The location is ideal, steps away from the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beautiful Deerfield Beach, fishing pier and walking trails are out the front door. The owners provide beach chairs and towels for your convenience. The property is immaculately maintained with outdoor tables with umbrellas and chairs to enjoy the seaside ambiance. “FABULOUS! The whole family loved this holiday. Somerset Place is a vacation rental home - apartment complex you can rent out for up to 28 people and we had that many for 2 nights. The rental property right on Clearwater Beach was comfortable for all of us. And the best part is that you can walk to everything. The beach is GORGEOUS in front of the property, well like 100 meters from the door and it is so much less crowded than the normal part of the beach. The rental home has a patio area with a rather small pool between the 2 buildings. While it is small for the total complex, the pool is clean and big enough to make the kids happy and keep the adults cool. We rented during June this year and I am finally getting around to writing the review. We love this company. BeachHouseFL and Alan were so nice and helpful. Sorry we called you guys out to help us so many times. You were good sports and so patient. We will be back again and again.”

“We just checked out today after a week in paradise. The cottage was cute and so very clean. So close to the beach, I walked the short distance at least twice each day. The owners were great to work with. I would give more stars if I could. We hope to stay for 2 weeks next time as one is just not enough.”

“My friends and I booked a sunset cruise with Captain Sky and it was such a fun experience! Her boat was clean and comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about the area. Prior to the cruise she was great with communicating when and where would be meeting....a very easy process. The whole ride was 2 hours long and we got to see such a beautiful sunset as well. We would definitely go on another one when in the area again!”

“We just got home from a fabulous week in Florida. I grew up going to the Gulf Beaches and it was so nice to be back with my entire family from California! Sunset Villas was the perfect anecdote to a very stressful year for all of us. The views from the units were spectacular and the location could not have been more perfect! We were able to leave the doors open in the evening and listen to the sound of the waves crashing. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly appointed, and the pool was crystal clear and spotless. We have already booked all 4 units to come back with friends next year. We can't wait to be back. Tip.....if you are looking for the best grouper sandwich on the island don't miss Keegan's and we thoroughly enjoyed Salt Rock Grill for a nice adult evening out. The best part of our vacation though was cooking at the condo and watching the sunset from the balcony.................the view was unbeatable!”

“I did a unicorn experience for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and she loved it so much she talked about it the whole year, begging to see the unicorn again. So we had a unicorn for her, and a pony for her twin brother at their birthday party. These are the sweetest ponies I have ever met!! They are so gentle and loving with kids. All of the kids at the party had a blast. Nicole and her crew are very patient and sweet with the kids. Everything about our experience was perfect, and we had 2 very happy birthday twins!”

For example, paper towels in the kitchen, a foot mat or rug in the bedroom. The bathroom was a little damp but not a deal breaker. There is a beautiful deck at the back. The host is very friendly.”

“Super nice experience! It was a beautiful trip on the boat around the river and going to the entrance of Port Everglades. It's 1:30 hr trip with the super narrative of a ship personnel Natasha. In the boat you got offer drinks, beer, soda and chips. Also the car parking is free. You need to ask for the ticket to get paid at the toll booth. Nice trip ... recommended!”
