I really like how the onions and peppers are sauteed and they add this good juice to the beef. Very very good much better than the steak sandwich place we have in Ohio that I go to. Staff was consistent with daily check-ins to genuinely ensure we had everything we needed so we did not go without.. Upon check-out made us feel that we were welcomed to stay as long as we needed and/or warmly welcomed to return for any future stays.
