“Ive been living here for about 3 years now. Yes we go through property managers/maintenance like babies do diapers. But one thing that has kept me here is the community. If I have a problem, a neighbor is quick to help and remedy the solution or do their best to point you in the right direction. The location is to die for, the rent is perfect for the working class in this town. And our current property management team is actually at the office! Reachable, always on the grounds doing her best. Cassie (our current property manager) has shown me no matter what problems we encounter in our homes, just because we don't get the service when we want does not mean that she isn't working her hardest to get it done. She has been hiring outside contractors to handle issues due to our lack of an on site maintenance position being filled. That's amazing, and I appreciate all the effort she puts forth. As well as being able to work with me to communicate to the head office, out of state might I add, to allow amnesty and time to get my life together and back on track. Seaside Villas is an amazing community. The buildings are old, everyone and their mother and grandmother has lived here. Things will break, but they won't be broken forever, and that happens ANYWHERE you live. As for the overall experience. I love it and don't see myself leaving until I'm ready to buy a house.”

“We again were on a Sunday Search for Sustenance and today it was in the name of Pad Thai. In search of this dish we thought of Port Orange (exit 256 off I-95) to stop into along our way. I was given the recommendation of Thai Kitchen from a friend and am glad we stopped in. I saw a Handcrafted Thai Iced Tea on their menu and just had to try it. I asked for a sample just to make sure I wanted to commit since never trying it before and our server obliged! I was very pleased with the taste and was happy to receive the full mug topped with cream. I was so excited to find fresh Spring Rolls on the menu and ordered that as an appetizer. I must have been anticipating the first bite dipped in slightly spicy peanut sauce on the side that I forgot to snap a picture before trying it! I ordered the Khaw Pad Tom Yum fried rice. It arrived to me in the form of a mountain and tasted wonderful. My companion ordered the Pad Thai. To finish we shared one scoop of Coconut Ice Cream with Fried Bananas. We enjoyed it all! Their dining room is small, containing maybe 7 or 8 tables for 4. It made me wonder how long the line will be during popular times to visit once everyone learns about this little gem! Our server was very sweet, willing and always on the go! Very extensive menu offering. Would stop in to try something new again and again.”

“We were seated promptly and I really liked that the chips and salsa were brought out right away. Our waiter, “Lalo” greeted us and took our orders. Everything came out as ordered. My husband got the three chicken tacos with beans and rice. Everything was good with his meal. I got the chicken Fajitas, and was a little surprised/disappointed that they didn’t come out on a sizzling skillet as they typically do at all other Mexican restaurants. The flavor was good though, so I can't really complain, but there is something wonderful about that sizzling steamy platter. We really like the location and the décor of the place. We will definitely be returning”
