“I recently moved to the area and looked forward to mountain biking on Ft. Clinch's trails. Unfortunately, the front suspension fork of my beloved 25 year old Klein hardtail gave up the ghost. Joel and Noah found a suitable replacement, ordered, and installed it in about a week. Amazingly, it works better than the original! My old bike now rides like a champ. Sadly, I ran over a sand spur a few weeks later and punctured an inner-tube. I brought the bike in over a lunch hour and Ron dropped his sandwich to replace the damaged tube on the spot. “I have gone to Renaissance since Angelo Darby opened after leaving The Villages Ear. I chose to move to Renaissance because I was familiar with Mr. Darby's great service. Two years ago I was fitted with a new pair of hearing aids. With some adjusting I thought I had a good pair. However, the right hearing aid was causing problems and Mr. Darby quickly sent it to be repaired. Later this year, my left hearing aid was not charging properly. Mr. Darby knew there was a recall on the aids and immediately corrected it. However, I still had trouble. My next visit Mr. Darby talked to Phonak and was told to send the left hearing aid and charger in. He was going to give me a pair of loaners, but instead upgraded me to a new pair of hearing aids at no cost to me because I stayed with him, but also he knew the trouble all of this was causing me. That my friends, is SERVICE!”
