“My father was a resident at this facility for 3.5 months. My father was not allowed to live alone after a hospital stay and Cobblestone is where I selected. The facility showed nicely, there were newer owners, and I was shown activity schedules, meal plans, and medication routines. Quickly I realized that none of this was happening. By the time I found a place for my father closer to me, we were sad to leave. The staff had been fully replaced and the new care givers (Karen, Yazmine and Billie) truly cared about the residence. Had he not been 2 hours away from me and had his own bathroom I would have happily kept him at this facility. If you are looking for a more private facility for your loved one where the staff know each resident and genuinely care about them, this is your place.”

“- I have had to update my review because as a business owner, I have been given a business lesson in what "great customer service" means. - The service they offer is simply impressive, it is a complete experience from "A" to "Z". - From the moment you arrive, there is an optional self-service station to clean up bugs and/or bird poop (those that adhere strongly to the paint). - Then they have 2 "check in" booths where they receive you better than at home (LOL). There Amanda, the girl who attended me, explained to me well the irresistible offer that they have where you pay only $19.99 for the first month for the FULL service, the second month is only $10+. There they give you free air freshener and/or dash cleaner, small details, big differences. - Then you arrive at the tunnel where the person who guides you kindly greets you with a "Good Morning", from time to time he even makes a joke to brighten the day... and you go through that spectacular system of washing, waxing, drying and more 100% automatic. - Then you go to the self-cleaning section, all the tools are in optimal condition, a vacuum cleaner, clean rags and brushes of all kinds for all uses. - They give you free products for windows, tires, interior, multipurpose, etc... - All employees are checking that everything is in order, filled, clean, simply impressive. - Steve, one of them, kindly and without even asking, offered to pressure wash my rugs. - Also Isabel is a great person, helpful and always checking everything is okay. Definitely and with total certainty I can tell you, THEY ARE THE BEST. Thank you!”
