I’m usually not a fan of marinated meats because I like to do that myself but they have a unique process they use with their marinating machine (I just made that up because I don’t know what it’s called but I know what it does! Anyway, the owners are very friendly and they have premium meats and a big selection of rubs, marinades, sides and pre-prepped appetizers. They had the Australian Roast Lamb that I had been looking for all over town for and some gorgeous bone in rib-eye’s, all cut to the exact same thickness, which will make my husband very happy when he grills them. They also have a VIP list that I joined to receive special offers, customer appreciation events and notifications of when seasonal products are in. Not only has the building been beautifully renovated in a way that honors the historic value, the staff is top notch and the room was amazing. We were warmly welcomed upon checkin. As we entered our room the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean - seriously, housekeeping is top notch!! While the room is a bit small - there’s not much you can do to change 1927 architecture. The hacienda makes up for it with the character of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!!”
