“Yesterday evening I locked my keys in my car with my 6-year-old son and we were stranded at 7-Eleven. The cashier Ana went above and beyond to help me resolve this situation that I had put myself in. I was overwhelmed and I was kind of afraid because I didn't have a spare set. I had locked my cell phone in the car my wallet everything so I couldn't even take a taxi home. Anna ubered me and my son to my house and when I got back she had found a tow truck driver to help assist in getting my keys out of my car. It's employees like Anna that should be recognized and that's what I'm doing here. She was so friendly and kind and she just had a downright beautiful soul and spirit about her. The units are clean and adorable. Just enough space for my 4 person family including a dog and all my house plants. The complex was clean and spacious, plenty of parking. It was so quiet and looked great. The owners drive bye daily to ensure that. Its in a perfect location for work in Sarasota or Bradenton. BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO MS KAITLYN!! She's the office manager and an absolute doll. She's was super helpful and even supportive to me during aost stressful time. She was reassuring and so kind. Thank you so much. My initial and second visits were with the Branch Manager, he was very helpful in providing me the information I needed to move forward. My most current visit was with Personal Banker J*****, HE WAS AWESOME! He helped me open multiple accounts. He was very great with setting up my face recognition on my mobile device. He helped set up the mobile app and notification settings. He helped with getting the correct paperwork to provide to my employer. He set up my alerts, he made sure that my mobile check deposit worked. They even provided me with a temporary cart to make atm withdraws. All in all I had a good experience. “I want to Natalie last Monday for checks , lips chin work . She is a very nice spoken woman who explained everything to me in great detail answered all my question. She also feel very relaxed and numbed me very well. The treatment went great. A little pain around the lips but that was it .
