“I recently started going to Sanctuary. I was unsure considering my first 2 visits the staff was not friendly and definitely not what you expect at a dispensary. It was, however, a different location. With that said.. My most recent visit was at the Daytona location.. There I encountered Kayla and Kate. Both were very helpful, gave excellent recommendations, informative, great conversational skills, good sense of humor and relatable. As my 3rd visit they completely won me over and changed my mind about my experience with Sanctuary. I will be making this dispensary a location I will definitely frequent in the future. “This place is amazing! We’re so happy that we finally found a nice place for our kids! As soon as you walk in, the staff members are so welcoming and the ambience is so cozy beautiful for kids,they have Tv and movies on the whole time & my kids favorite part is that they also have few little Dr.costumes where they pretend to play as Dr.What a cool idea to keep kiddos occupied ! All the patients room are decorated with superheroes, which is a great idea too ! Dr.A was so patient and was paying close attention to my kids while checking them up! He was a good listener and made us feel very comfortable and you can tell that he CARES about your kids healthy! Which is number one priority and it’s hard to find a Dr now days to take their time while visiting the kids.This magical place for kids is so close by our house AND they have Appointments like today or the next day “So very surprised as a new patient Appointment “ and we couldn’t be more happier! “A great move in experience, friendly staff, and generally quiet neighborhood. The apartments themselves however are not the best. Mainly it's the A/C does not properly cool apartment during peak heat hours, repeatedly turns on and off, and does not adequately reach all rooms. Washing machine sounds like a jackhammer, flooring/trim definitely needs TLC/replacement, and was dirty with paint/etc on move in. Home for now but for the money I shouldn't have to suffer with these conditions. I have raised maintenance requests and while they have been responsive, none have truly fixed the existing issues at hand, just band aid solutions or basically being told there's nothing more we can do or by unplugging sensors. Not bad but not good either.”
