“We have used Polyak for our home pest control service for several years. Their prices have been extremely fair and both the owner and our service tech have been professional and kind. Their response time is always acceptable when we are need of an unscheduled service. The only critique I could offer is that I'm rarely able to speak directly to someone when I call, rather I am generally forced to leave a message... That's obviously not ideal.
