The ladies that work up front, I can only remember Mary's name, are always so kind and remind me of my family members. The nursing staff is excellent as well! This past visit, John was my nurse and he was a true delight. I always have a difficult time donating blood due to small veins, and he really took his time with me and explained fun health facts for me. Dr. Williams is also a very thorough doctor and I'm glad that we've joined this practice.”

“My mom, sister and I come here every year around Christmas time! It’s our little girls day to enjoy each others company and catch up on life. The ladies that work here make the experience unforgettable. The tea and food is SO good!! They have a variety of different rooms you get to choose from. They are private rooms and each one has his own unique setup. My mom and sister are vegetarians so they make accommodations to your dietary needs. It is a perfect way to spend meaningful time with your your girls, a reason to put on a cute outfit, take some pics and create memories. I’m already looking forward to next year!”

It began right before the passing of my father, then Covid hit …Shipping delays, permit delays. Blood, sweat, tears, and back orders resulted in a dream seen through to reality. Towards the end I saw Barb and the crew more than my own family. They’re hard working and trust worthy. Barb and I got through whatever life was dealing us at that time with honesty, communication, compassion, and drive. This renovation journey was more than just a renovation for me and Paradise Bay recognized and respected that. Patience is a must with any home project. In the end it is worth it! Our renovation included: entire kitchen (with a removal of wall) 2 bathrooms, the entire floor, trim, walls, doors, drywall, electrical, ceiling, recessed lighting, plumbing, painting. Basically everything! The result is outstanding!!!! Highly recommend!!!”
