“We did a total remodel on our kitchen using Cabinet SRQ/Elite Woodwork for cabinet selection and installation. They were recommended to us by two other condominium owners in our neighborhood. We worked with Carol and Debbie on the kitchen design and cabinet selection. We met with them at least four times and they engaged with us so much that it felt like they were planning their own kitchen. They answered all our questions, gave suggestions, and were so helpful and enthusiastic. We seriously couldn’t have done it without them. In our opinion they are the shining stars of the business. When it came to the installation, the cabinets arrived on time and installation began the next day. The installation went smoothly. We did have one minor issue we requested be changed and they willingly made the change for us. They also accommodated us by allowing us to install the flooring before they put the kick plates on. We were very pleased with their professionalism and flexibility. We would use them again if the need arose and would highly recommend them.”

I've lived in this area all my life and Paul has been a great member of our community by offering jobs to locals and great prices for the public. The customer service at the store is great and homely. I say one of the jewels of Plant City. Although small and not as fancy as your average Wawa the owner of this store has been doing something right for years and years cuz they've been here forever. Now they have an arcade room next door, along with a authentic Mexican restaurant outback and a section of his store dedicated to tobacco and legal Delta 8 hemp accessories. Stores that are operated like this is what's right with America. A personal note thanks for letting me park my RV there for night you are the best Paul God bless you and your family.”

And I was very impressed in how they took care of everything... from dealing with the insurance company AND making sure everything was done according to the insurance requirements. For example, I would NOT have known about mold mitigation is required within a certain amount of time... OR the insurance could have denied claim had I not followed the insurance stipulations. Also referred out this company to 3 other people... and they are all very happy with their services. I may not have had the answers that I liked to hear... like at times, it took longer than expected... which they warned me about. Everyday I am consistently impressed with how great everyone takes care of her. I want to personally thank each and every employee for showing my mother so much compassion, attention and patience. My mother is alive today because of all of you!!! My mom had 24 hour care before we found Brilliance Assisted Living Facility. She has been there for over 5 months and she is doing better than when she had someone with her 24 hours a day at her previous facility. She says everyone there is so nice and checks on her all the time. She loves the food and the facility is super clean. Not only is the staff so great with my mom but they are always there for me also. All I need to do is call and I can get updates on how my mother is doing.
