“He’s always been very helpful and responsive. He did a great job with our systems (well and softeners) and all has worked perfectly over the last two years. One night, we had no water to the house and felt horrible bothering him but we had a new baby and needed water so we were those annoying customers who called him after business hours. He was so nice about it and walked my husband through how to fix the issue (a frog got in there and made it shut off) and only at the end of a very long phone call did he tell us he was on vacation. What a saint to help us not only in the evening but while on vacation and he totally sweet about it. Great guy, great service, great system!”
