I met with Kelly to do my initial consultation. Jessica worked with me to come up with an amazing design for both rooms. Start to finish on the construction part, from demo to completion, doing both kitchen and bath at the same, time was 9 weeks. My project manager Carlos was the absolute best! He was attentive and organized and made sure that sure any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. He was always a text or phone call away. Shout outs to the subcontractors for excellent work - John & Dylan on electrical, Kenny & Frank on kitchen cabinets, Renaldo for the beautiful tile & backsplash work, Rick for the “punch work” at the end, and Tabitha for the final cleanup. “First, a telephone call to Angela's St. Augustine shop re: availability of C02 cartridges for a soda maker product. Angela's was so spot-on in sound business practices that my call was forwarded to the Jacksonville store location during period where the telephone service for the St. Augustine shop was inoperable. The Jacksonville staff offered to check with the St. Augustine staff for inventory and product availability -- and, to my surprise, they returned my call within ten minutes with all the info I needed re: the product & purchase. This level of accountability, attentiveness and courtesy in customer service is a rare thing, these days. KUDOS and thanks to Angela's Jax and St. Augustine staff for the time and consideration. Angela's now has a huge fan and new steady customer. That said, it's also worth getting word out about the great products offered at Angela's. No need to be professional level to enjoy this "World's Fair" of cookware, prep supplies, utensils, appliances, etc. . The products are also more useful and practical to the average household cook than any product offered at our local department stores. Can't thank Angela's enough for being so unique as to readily-provide such a hard-to-find product -- and moreover, for being so caring, courteous and amiable in processing customer inquiries and needs. “During our trip from Atlanta to St. Augustine we stopped for something to eat at this Waffle House at the 1st of May. It was our first visit to a Waffle House and we liked it from the beginning. The ambience is like in the movies and the services was really nice. We were able to see how our meals were prepared and it was all good. Before we left we had a little chat with one of the chiefs and one girl of the service and we got two little plastic ducks as a souvenir and lucky charm for the rest of our vacation trip. And guess what, we had the best vacation ever!”
