A rider made a huge mess on my carpets and I was in desperate need for a vacuum. My searches kept taking me to vacuums that either didn't exist or were not working. Finally, thankfully, it gave me Tidal. This was my very first time. The lady was so very kind, courteous, and friendly. I explained my situation and she showed me to use their vacuums. The vacuums were one of the best vacuums I have ever used. Excellent suction. Got my vehicle very clean. I would highly recommend this car wash. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was because we had the dirt/sand settle and the tank was exposed, I called and spoke with Angelo while indo know that rain was holding them back instill had to wait almost three weeks before they could come out and throw more sand on top. I called maybe 4 times in 3 weeks. Not a big deal we weren't without service its just the inconvenience of having to call. Overall a good experience, Josh and his crew are great group of guys.
