“I first looked on-line for a 3/8" compression fitting on one end and a 3/8" hose barb fitting on the other end for my truck ... looked on Amazon and ebay and the best price I could find was $9.99 ... a friend recommended I contact Central Hydraulics in Cocoa to see if they had this set-up. So, I sent an email detailing my needs (not expecting a response since it was such a small order - I needed 2 of these). They got back to me within an hour with a price that was less than half of the best price I found on-line! They ordered it for me and had it there the following day - worked great and allowed me to install a fuel filter/water separator on my truck! Thanks guys - you will be my go to shop when I have similar needs for these types of fittings in the future!”

“You'll be hard pressed to find a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients half as much as Dr. Perez. When I picture a real doctor, that takes their oath seriously - I see only 2 doctors: Dr Perez & my children's pediatrician. All questions were answered & he even helped explain to my husband a bit of what I was going through, in a brilliant way. I ended up moving out of Tampa and for *ten years* I've been looking for a "reasonably decent" medical doctor and haven't really liked any of them. I've decided I'm going to try and get in to see Dr. Perez & give up the 'local' search completely. I'll be calling the office soon. First - I need to trade in my current vehicle before tackling bridge trips! Doctor Oscar Perez is absolutely worth the long drive, and now I feel like a complete fool for not going back sooner! None of the GPs that I've seen have come close to being a substitute for Dr. Perez. I look forward to hearing how his wife and daughter are doing, as well as himself, of course. 😊 I also look forward to having somebody competent taking the lead on my medical care! “Such a cute, quaint, friendly library branch. Make no mistake, this library is tiny and offers extremely limited hours. However, it is charmingly housed in the Spanish Point building which retains every bit of its old charm. The librarians are friendly. The library is well laid out and bright and everything is labeled and easy to find. I had never been in this branch before and I was pleasantly surprised! The beautiful setting beyond the parking lot is bonus.”
