The welcome book sets the tone for your visit, making clear what to expect with the house, the different rooms, and amenities available to guests. All we needed to pack was our clothing and food, everything else was provided. The property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and walking distance to the beach, an unbeatable location. Our host Jess was super friendly, communicated clearly, and she is ON-THE-BALL with every thoughtful touch put into the property. Just the coffee bar alone was so luxurious with so many assorted options, we needed absolutely nothing. We appreciate the luxury of needing nothing and getting to focus on the important stuff-celebrating Grandpa. We can’t wait to return!”

It was really great to know he was the owner and personally coming over and welcoming us to his establishment. I thought it was a great place. Clean and well kept. Felt comfortable.
