Gift shop, tourist trap (in a good way), waterfront eating experience that is so much better than a fast food or restaurant chain! The food was very good. Great flavoring on the fish tacos! “Wendy and her team are awesome. We had like 7 people in the class and she answered every question that came to mind for all of us. She knows her stuff. When we were done in the classroom we went out back to her private range and we shot one at a time and there was no pressure at all. Once we were all done qualifying, she offered everyone in the class the opportunity to shoot any of her firearms there for free. So, I shot all of them. Kind of fond of Sig320 Compact Carry and the 1911 double stack. All in All, I would recommend to anyone. She was awesome with the first time shooters that were in class as well.”

“I called Merit Plumbing because of drain issues in the kitchen (garbage disposal) and also in the bathroom vanity drain. The service was excellent. JJ came and did a service evaluation and explained what needed to be done. He had to use a snake to unclog the kitchen drain as it was heavily clogged. He spent quite a bit of time on it which I appreciated. He also made some suggestions for maintenance in the future. He is very well qualified and thorough. I would highly recommend Merit,”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect but the kayak experience took us 45 mins out on the bayside by pontoon. Our group was dropped off at a location where we could kayak along the edge of the mangroves at our own pace for 90 mins and then we were picked up. It was a nice experience. Beautiful scenery. Some wildlife spotted. Captain KC is kind but a man of few words and that was fine for us. We had a nice time… would recommend the kayak experience if you’re in Key Largo for the day.”

“A nice family-owned place on Atlantic Blvd, a little west of Federal Hwy. Our server explained that everything here is made to order, and the menu is on blackboards on the wall. We started with a Horiatiki salad with a side of Gyro. A big traditional Greek Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, green peppers, feta, with oil and balsamic vinegar. The gyro was crispy and seasoned perfectly. This is definitely big enough to share. Chicken Souvlaki platter came with 6 pieces of seasoned chicken on a bed of rice with a small salad. You could tell it was cooked to order as it was so fresh. This wonderful little restaurant made some of the best, authentic Greek food I've had in a while. Atmosphere is cozy, quaint, and there was a nice flow of regulars and frequent diners who knew the owners and each other. Nice charm and excellent food.”
