“My father moved in here in September 2022. He had broken his hip and after multiple hip surgeries and dislocations, he was no longer able to walk. I had 24/7 in home care for a while but he was bed ridden because his apartment was not setup for wheelchair access. Then I found Golden Swan and it has been such a wonderful experience. There are only 6 residents so he gots a lot of care and attention. The cost is a third of what I paid for the in home care and here they get him out of bed everyday, bathe and toilet him, feed him, entertain him . . . everything! He is so much happier here and healthier. Katya is fantastic. She is really on top of everything and is very communicative.I am so happy we found Golden Swan!”

“I just came back from visiting my mom at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake, I live in Ohio and she had been transferred there from a hospital in Tampa. I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and care takers. The entrance is bright and welcoming and her room was clean and comfortable. The case worker knew I was only there for a few days and was willing to meet with me and my family to help us make the right choices for my mom. She was empathetic to our needs and very reassuring to my Dad that the right plans would be put into action. I felt she really listened to what was most important to us as we look down the road. During a very difficult time like this, it is nice to know that my mom is being given the support and care she needs.”

I saw April and got a full set of the Gel X with a chrome finish total it was 85+ a tip. I heard Gel X is better and healthier for your nails than acrylic. It is a little bit more expensive, but I’m big on nail health. April was great she was talkative which I personally like and explained everything. Every guest and employee in that building was super nice and social We’re all having fun and we were all chatting up. Will definitely be back!!”

I've had my hair colored since I was 10 yrs old & there were less than a handful that could actually achieve the color I wanted. Sara is one of those. Very intimate setting, Covid appropriate, just you & her & her multitude of talents ie waxing, mani/pedi, color, cut, etc etc... I won't go to anyone else for my cosmetology needs.
