Excellent customer service and support! When I called to ask about repair to my refrigerator, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain my options. I was so impressed that after they came and repaired it, I went to their store and purchased an extra drawer that was broken years ago. The refrigerator company wanted way more than I paid here. Wow! Great job!

Friendly Service and got a great deal on a used Fridge to replace the 20 year Fridge we had in the garage that went to Fridge Heaven. They give a 30 day warranty on appliances. We were very pleased and have had no issues with the Fridge we bought.

Our washing machine went out so we were looking for a used one when we came to Bartow County Used Appliances. While there, we were helped right away. We explained to the man helping us what was wrong with our washing machine we had now and why we were looking for a new one. Instead of trying to push us to buy one of their new ones he explained to us that they also fix appliances and it sounded like it would be an easy fix. We dropped it off Thursday morning and we had it back by Friday afternoon completely repaired! They were so good with communicating with us about how the repair was going and when it was ready to be picked up. We could of easy spent up to $300 buying a new washer but Bartow County Used Appliances were so honest and helpful we only spent $40 for them to repair and fix it!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GOOD USED APPLIANCES OR NEEDS AN APPLIANCE TO BE FIXED!

Bought a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and stove for less than the fridge would have cost new. Super friendly staff. Great prices. Delivery and installation the next day! The guys doing the installation and haul away were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the appliances were installed correctly. I highly recommend and will absolutely be shopping with them again.
