I am a funeral director in Nashville, Tennessee and needed help with a family that we were serving in Cartersville in the middle of the night. The first person I spoke to was Keith, and he made me feel at ease and like I was the bereaved family with how gentle and kind he was. I had a small frame of time to bring the loved one who passed into their care, and Keith made it happen quicker than I anticipated. Plus, the staff did an excellent job preparing the loved one for their family to view here in Tennessee. Alexia was super helpful in helping prepare death certificates as well.
