The Astroturf around the lakes and in common areas is amazing and the loungers, pick-nick tables and storage containers are awesome places to hang out. We stayed at the Hampton Inn right on the far side of the bigger lake and never even had to get on the road to get to and from Terminus! Can't wait to come back and stay longer next time!”

Once the appraisal was completed, we had questions about his valuation of our home. We called David within our questions and concerns. David actually scheduled a time and came back out to our home, sat and went over his appraisal with us in detail. In this day and time it is difficult, if not impossible to find that level of customer service. We did not agree 100% with his valuation of our home, but we certainly respect his service and work ethic. Would we use his services again if needed, ABSOLUTELY!”
