Their safety means everything to me and I really like how they practice safety measures as well since covid isn’t going anywhere. Each week the teachers are helping my kids in areas and ways I didn’t know how to or didn’t think to. “My children and I moved here from Orlando, FL, after selling our home. We were moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, which was stressful, to say the least. Every place we were seeking was either already occupied, there was a waiting list, and or there was no communication to apply. With that being said, I was almost at a breaking point. I called Battle Creek after a scheduled apartment tour that never went through at another property, and it was on a whim that I called, and they just so happen to have listed a 3 bedroom townhouse earlier that day. IMMEDIATELY I applied online, in faith, since I had never physically been at the property. I'm happy to say the application process was AMAZING, the staff is friendly and professional, and I LOVE my space. This was the best decision for me and my family. “I have been here on more than one occasion and today by far is the best customer service experience I have ever received at any Health Dept within the various counties. The front office staff(Ms. Pansy) was very polite, welcoming and helpful in ever manner in helping me with my visit. Her colleague the Hispanic front staff I'm sorry I didn't get her name was also helpful and professional, she informed me of the public library across the street to print all the documents I need and to return back for service. The nursing staff who assist me (Ms. Toni) was pleasant, helpful, informative and delightful in her attitude towards me during our encounter. Hopeful today continue to mark more pleasant experience whenever I return back for service.”
