“I have ordered sod four times from Super Sod Forest Park. My overall experience was good however on my third order a problem arose. A bad palate was delivered. That day the delivery did not come on time. When I called the rep told me the driver had to come back to load it -which should have been a red flag. It was delivered late Friday evening around 7. On Saturday morning it was laid, I ordered 2 palates. One of them had all brown grass and the bottom layer was all scrap pieces. It was after 12 so I called on Monday to complain because none of my other palates were brown and the bottom row was scrap pieces. Jason assured me that the grass was resilient and would grow soon this was on 7/21. I ordered another palate which was discount to over the scraps from previous delivery. After almost 6 weeks the brown grass is still over 90% brown. I again called to complain and I sent pictures both times. I am please to say that Super Sod employee Daniel has remedied my situation I will be getting a delivery on Saturday 9/12. Kudos I would definitely recommend the sod and service to others.”

“Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. From the dealer, to the manager, to finance. It was not a painful process as I have solo woman dealership anxiety. Milton asked me to trust him in the process and I did. Barry didn't give up on me even tho I told him I was going to go somewhere else, but the most high was looking out and wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I was upside down in my vehicle and needed to be done with it. Didn't it was so bad until I went looking for another car. Even though I went from a minivan to a car I drive 27 miles to work daily and needed to save on gas mileage and save on maintenance to my vehicle. I went in for a 2020 Camry and thats what I left with, the show room car at that. I am very happy to pay for something that gives me joy and take care of it. Thank you Barry, Milton and Key for making me and the kiddos happy. They miss that van space, but I do not. See you guys at service intervals.”
