The guys came in and did a great job! I had some water damage and had to have my 3 upstairs bedroom carpets replaced. They fit me in only 3 days after visiting the site, we’re early when they got to the house and we’re done with all 3 rooms in about 2.5 hours. Such great service, everyone was very nice and accommodating as well. Definitely choose them over anyone else for new carpet!

I bought a new house and Eric was my go to guy for installing new carpets. He is highly responsive, showed me the different varieties of carpets, helped me pick, measured for free (most people charge you!) and installed the carpets the next day. Did an outstanding job! His pricing was also the most economical. All in all, I would definitely reach out to him again.

They came out and stretched the carpet in our living room and Dave was a super nice guy and did a great job. Eric, also super great guy, cleaned our foyer, stairs, my sons room and my grandmother’s room. We had a few dark stains and they were able to remove them all. Very fast, great cleanup, VERY good prices!! So much better than anyone we’ve ever used. This is the second time having them come out, the first time was a gentleman named Shawn who was also strikingly kind and great. 10/10 recommend! We will never use anyone else.

After months of looking at the terrible holes my dog put in my dining room I finally bit the bullet and found Smart Touch online. I got totally new carpet within 3 business days and Eric and his team were so professional and precise! If I knew how easy it would be I would have called them months ago!
