We had a wonderful experience. My daughter was there to take her permit test, and was very anxious. One of the employees, Keith D, was very helpful and made her feel at ease just by talking to her.

Absolutely the Best customer service! I think the people leaving bad reviews is because they couldn’t get what they wanted There is a process and paperwork that is needed! If ppl would read the website when they make road test appointments then they will know paperwork is needed before they come into the DDS! If coming from out of state, read what is required and bring ALL the documents before trying to transfer. It’s real simple! Dont get mad when you have to return because you didn’t read what was required! The staff was efficient and friendly. For it being one of the larger centers I was in and out quickly with no long wait. And I’m leaving a great review because I took the time out to read what was required before I got there.

Everyone at this facility from the first step, the efficient wait, and at the help station were all so kind and willing to help. Not the stereotype I was prepared for at a DMV! Highly recommend using this one if looking for a pleasant DDS experience. Grateful for the sweet workers to make our process stress-free!
