He takes the time to get to know you and knowing that I majored in food and nutrition he loved talking holistic approaches to help me. I highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for a psychiatrist that is big into holistic medicine and/or that just wants a doctor to help guide you to resources that can help you better understand what you are dealing with and how there are ways to cope, besides just taking medicine.”

“I came to this location at 15 weeks. The appointment was the last one of the evening and even then as late as it was everyone at this location was very welcoming. The person at the front desk was very friendly and answered questions thoroughly. The Ultrasound tech was amazing! Walking out of there I felt like she was my friend, she was so sweet that even though I’d had never met her she seemed to be enjoying the ultrasound as much as we were. My favorite part about this appointment was how she included our sons who are 5&4 by answering all their questions and when they asked to see baby’s heart beat beat 2 times or 3 times she didn’t hesitate. Absolutely amazing experience ! Would recommend this location to everyone !!!!”

“Just like the other reviewers, I think Brittany is a great speech pathologist. My ENT doctor referred me to her as the best chance to recover the range and function I lost when not singing for two years during the pandemic. As Brittany says, the vocal cords are like any other muscle and have to be exercised to regain function. I thought I might never sing again, but working weekly with Brittany gave me hope and motivation, and I am making progress now, confident I will be able to rejoin my choirs when Covid permits.”

“My husband and I have been going to Dr. Poindexter for many years and we now bring our young son. Dr. Poindexter's office is the perfect small practice dental office where everyone knows your name. His practice is the opposite of uncaring, rushed corporate dental clinics that pop up everywhere. I cannot say enough kind things about his dental hygienist, Tracy. She is incredibly kind, gentle and caring. She remembers our conversations and asks about family when we see her. I love getting my teeth cleaned and she does an amazing job. Even my young son loves coming here to get his teeth clean! We've never had a problem with our insurance being accepted and the only way I'm switching dentists is if Dr. Poindexter retires!”

“Such a wonderful and calming environment! I came here for my first pregnancy, unsure of what to expect. She did an assessment of my alignments, and she explained her findings in a manner that was professional but simple enough for the every day person to understand. Dr. Charlotte did a excellent job at explaining everything she was doing and some of the causes of my back ache. At the end, she also showed me stretches to do at home to help lessen my discomfort. Here you get one-on-one attention in a calming room that feels like home. Highly recommend!”
