Loving 9ROUNDS! Been going for 3 months and have noticed a big difference in my strength and endurance. The intense 30 minute sessions have helped me lose weight and gain muscle tone. The flexible hours allows me to work out on my own schedule. The trainers are amazing! They give you personal attention and their high energy and positivity are contagious! I highly recommend 9ROUNDS!!

I love the convenience and effectiveness of 9round. Knowing that I can get in a great workout in 30 minutes is a game changer. The trainers at 9round are truly amazing! They always push you to get the best workout possible. I’m currently 6.5 months pregnant and they all go above and beyond to provide accommodations and safe workouts!

9Round is an AMAZING facility. It’s clean, up to date, and has the best trainers I have ever met. Coming from a martial arts background I was skeptical of how effective kickboxing could be. Boy did 9Round prove me wrong. It’s convenient! It’s effective! And honestly you’ll come back just to see the trainers they’re the SWEETEST. 10/10

I started at 9Round Marietta in March and I honestly can say I didn’t think I’d still be attending! I love it there. All the trainers are very outgoing and keep you motivated and push you to whatever potential is comfortable for you. Every week is pretty different so you’re not doing the same exercises each day, very clean and sanitary environment and overall great atmosphere and energy every time I come in. I appreciate every trainer I’ve come across in the short amount of time I’ve been there! Y’all are great! (:

I’ve been going to 9-Rounds for over a year now and I’ve really enjoyed it! I started going because I hadn’t been in a gym in a while and wanted something that was more like a class so I could learn proper techniques, get my endurance up, and to also have someone there to motivate me to continue coming! It was hard at first, but once your body gets use to the high intensity it becomes a great way to pump you up for the day. The whole staff is well trained, they make a point to know your name, and they all have the most positive attitude which makes going really fun! Lastly, they can be super accommodating if needed. I had foot surgery and when I came back they gave me substitute workouts I could do so I didn’t put too much strain on my newly healed foot, and constantly made sure I wasn’t in any pain.
