Always Cake

I got married in October and Chef Nicole did such an amazing job on our cupcakes. I told her that I was never the little girl that dreamt of her wedding day and for the first time I felt like a vendor finally heard me. She was prepared with ideas and to say these cupcakes came out better than I could have imagined is an understatement. Chef Nicole holds herself to a high creative standard and her cupcakes and cakes reflect that! I can’t wait to get my husband’s birthday cake from her!

Chocolate, coconut, and red velvet custom cake was delicious! I apologize for the slightly melted decoration in the image. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I sent a picture of the cake that I wanted for my granddaughters 1st Birthday party. Not only did the Bakery capture the beauty of the cake, but the cake was perfect. We ordered a strawberry and vanilla cake with a cream cheese filling. Delicious!!!! I will definitely order from Always Cake again. The beautiful cake make the party complete!

I first learned about Always Cake when I ordered Chef Nicole’s chocolate ganache cake at a restaurant. Hands down the best chocolate cake I have ever had! I subsequently hired Always Cake for my wedding and am very happy I did so. From the very beginning Chef Nicole was a dream to work with and was very accommodating with meeting times. Loved how willing she was to experiment with flavors and we were able to work out a second custom flavor cake for the wedding (lemon cake with blueberry compote in case you were curious -yum!). I would absolutely use Always Cake again for my next event.
