I work in a highly stressful and demanding field, both running a business and operating in ministry, and I must admit that it was challenging for me to reach out to a therapist; however, I'm glad I did. I didn't realize the amount of stress I was under and the emotional toll it was taking on me. Lana honestly changed my life. In leadership, we forget that we need people to talk to and to hold us accountable. I've suffered silently with stress, worry, and anxiety, afraid to get help. But Lana has helped me more than anyone through one of the darkest seasons of my life. The one hour with her weekly was the best thing for me. I highly - HIGHLY - recommend her to anyone looking for a counselor. Her compassion, empathy, knowledge, good listening skills, and overall approach is very effective.

Alex is an amazingly patient therapist. He met us where we were, didn't flinch at the weird stuff and help us find each other again after tragedy.

Lana Banegas is just top notch! To start with, she's an excellent conversationalist and it's just easy to talk with her.
