That sets the tone on how passionate she his about her Kraft of dentistry. Dr Hailey is extremely good. She takes pride in her gift of keeping a beautiful smile on your face. She is methodical to every detail of my implants. She educated me on the process and expectations of my procedure and nailed it. The personal follow up, questions answered and the reassurance she met all of my expectations . The color match was a concern before I started the process. Once again she nailed it. She was Overly confident on what she could produce and delivered. I’m extremely pleased with what she accomplished with my implants. And to be honest I’m not easy to please. She was my exception. The front office staff, especially Jacinda, has always been very quick and efficient and is super friendly regardless of how busy they may be. “I am very happy to have found Patrick Family Dental Care over two years ago.. My wife and I are regular patients and have all of our annual and semi-annual checkups there. However, a few days ago, I experienced a crack on one of my newer crowns that was installed by another dentist in another city. I called Patrick Family Dental Care and because I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort, they were able to fit me in within a week. I went there today and Dr. Patrick was able to remove the damages crown and replaced it with a temporary crown. The dental assistant who took care of me was extremely professional and attentive in every way. He made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of every step in the process. At no time was I uncomfortable or anxious during the entire process which took over 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Patrick was gentle, efficient and friendly as was his assistant. Finally, I was kept well informed about the cost of the procedure and was immediately scheduled for the installation of the permanent crown in two weeks. Overall, the experience was painless, comfortable and professional. It’s the best dental office in the Atlanta area!”
