“I was 'put off' by some of the reviews, knowing my mother was being transferred to Austell Pruitt facility. However, once she arrived I was pleasantly impressed by the facility inside and the staff. If you've experienced other facilities....know this one is much better than many out there. Especially if you are considering a facility where utilizing social security/medicaid may be your only options. The staff are so pleasant and one of the best parts of this facility. The way we see them interact with patients and us. They have activities and are engaging with the patients. I also was impressed how well this location is managed, especially considering COVID. It's the first time in a long while I've been at peace with my Mom's care. Thank you PH Austell!”
