“As a student at Tonchu, I have to say that out of any of the Martial Arts schools in the Atlanta Area this is the most high quality and respectful place I have ever been too. Many professionals that have made it up to nationals in all devisions will train you to be the best you can be. Tonchu is not about just breaking boards or kicking each other, its a place where people can learn life lessons that will stick with them through out life. With there belt and uniform system, depending on your skill level you will be placed into a class with other people who have the same experience as you. Here age doesn't matter, you could be 4 years old to 90 years old and it won't matter. Tonchu, no Martial Arts is for everyone! As long as you have to determination to do it you can. So if you do plan on enrolling into a form of Martial Arts, I suggest that you come to this academy.”

“I did a reiki session with Miss Ginny for the first time. I did not know what to expect. During the session she revealed some things about myself that were on point. The Reiki session was a very good experience. I could feel the warmth of the energy in certain areas on my body when miss Ginny was working on me. Going home after the session made me feel more clear minded and feelings of having " let go " of some issues I had that were personal. “If Physical Therapy can be said to be enjoyed, and Fit Core can certainly be enjoyed. I have been going there for almost two years, first with Barbara, the owner, and now with Amanda. Both are well trained and make you confident that they are doing a professional job of addressing your problem. When each session is over, you feel encouraged that you are making progress. I have Parkinson’s, which doesn’t allow for much progress. There is no known cure - you just get worse and worse - but these ladies help you keep a positive attitude about what they, and you yourself, can do to deal with the Parkinson’s issues.
