“All in all a great experience for my iron planet online purchase of a heavy duty top hat 20ft used equipment trailer pickup that richie brothers company handled and the pickup process at the Newnan Ga. Yard was simple and very timely. The staff were super user friendly and helpful. Just bring a hard copy of the release docs and you do not have to call 24 hours in advance like the iron planet info says , just show up during normal business hours 8am to 4 pm ( in time to hook up or load up) and fill out a simple release form and you are on your way back to were you need to go. Kept me informed and updated throughout. I would go back to these guys any time I need repairs.”
