Jon was fantastic. Timely, honest, professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was prompt and reasonably priced - especially compared to the bigger companies. AND, as opposed to aforementioned companies, he took the time to figure out the root cause of the problems, which were actually easier fixes -rather than just replacing an entire fixture. We will definitely call Jon again for future plumbing needs.

I just received my latest water bill. Thanks to Jon Hall at GTB Plumbing my bill is down FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Our increasing bill was driving me crazy.
#1 I can't afford a $600 water bill.
#2 I didn't know why this was happening.
Jon is always my go to man with anything to do with Plumbing. He came out. Figured out what the problem was. Fixed it. Now we are back down to a normal water bill.

I wanted to replace my aging hot water heater and contacted many vendors. The bigger "brand" plumbing companies quoted outrageous prices after giving me a 4-hour window of when they might arrive. Other local companies never got back to me. Jon immediately returned my call. We made an appointment on when he would come to my house (actual time not a 4-hour window). Jon is personable and professional; he really knows plumbing. He was able to explain to me everything he would do (and why) and quoted me a great price. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely be using GTB Plumbing again.

This is the second time I've called them. Both times were excellent experiences. They are professional, reasonably priced, patient about answering questions and making suggestions. I can't say enough good things about them.
