“I left a star out because of how rude people that are working in check out can be. When I checked in, the woman was really nice. But then it was time to check out and Christine/Christy (can't remember what her name exactly was) seemed extremely rude and cold. There was 0 energy from her and her tone just came off as rude. She really seemed like she hated her job and I honestly didn't even want to talk to her anymore. If you're not going to be nice and somewhat energetic with the patients, why are you working at a medical office? I hated her, and I honestly hope I don't see her again. ------- Dr. Gopal was great and asked me multiple questions so she could know what was going on with me. I've been dealing with GI issues that happened out of no where since August 2020 and I've been suffering since. I was tested positive with H. Pylori (my primary doctor was taking care of me for this) and once we went through 2 weeks of treatment, we re-took the test and saw that it was negative, yet I was still having a bad case of nausea/vomiting a week after the test was negative. She eventually referred me to Dr. Gopal to do an endoscopy and see what's going on. I'll update my review once I have that procedure done, but overall my first visit was great and it seemed like Dr. Gopal was really listening to me.”
