Leah gives the best customer service I've received from an auto shop. Not only is it nice to encounter a friendly female for once but she is professional and truly tries to give appropriate information for the issues you come in for. I came from NYC and already knew my compressor for the AC was the problem and kept hearing high prices, however, being that I have a Jeep I also knew parts are expensive or hard to find. After this location confirmed the issue and ordered the part they were able to get my car in and out within 3hrs which is amazing to me. I've had to wait all day for repairs that were simpler so I appreciate the speed of service as well. Honestly the only complaint I could possibly have is I called back to ask why the air wasn't working full blast and it wouldn't stay cold for a long period of time, the mechanic explained to Leah who explained to me they didn't have the exact equipment for my Jeep but felt their replacement was adequate enough, however if the issue persists they recommend I go to the actual dealership. I'm so grateful they were honest with me and gave me that information but I wish they would have warned me beforehand so maybe I could get further estimates or research more to see what was best for my car and budget. But it seems to be improving just a tiny bit every day. Either way the pricing was still excellent, the service was excellent, and the speed of service was excellent. I will be back for other repairs if needed. Thank you Leah!
I brought in my car to be serviced and I was hit with some bad news. My car was not worth the repairs unlike the first place I went to they were very honest with me and didn’t try to “get me” as they would say. The GM Leah, was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining to me the work that would needed and we both agreed it was not with keeping the car. Since then I have now bought a new car and they have checked me out and gave me a clean bill of health plus an oil change. I definitely will be using them for any of my future repairs!!! Leah you’re the BEST!!!!
Very taken back by the integrity they showed today. They called my boyfriend to let him know that some of the parts they ordered and originally quoted ended up coming with another part. So instead of charging me what we agreed on and not saying anything (pocketing the money) they actually took the amount off from the original quote to save us money. This is so lovely right before the holidays! They also started my repairs after same day call and drop off. I will definitely return here.
